TabVault is a planned tab session / workspace manager for Edge and Chrome. It is not built yet. This page exists to answer one question first: do enough people want a local-first session manager — no account, data stored only in the browser — to justify building it? If yes, it gets built. If not, it doesn't.
This page promises nothing that is not written above. Features, if the product is built, will follow what registrants actually ask for.
Registering is just sending one email — no payment, no pre-order, no commitment to buy. Please include what you use today for tab sessions: that answer matters more than the signup count, because it shows the switching cost this would need to beat.
Register interest (send an email)This tool is not built yet. Development will only begin if 20 people join this waitlist by November 8, 2026; if that goal isn't met, the project will be dropped and every registrant notified by email. The price and threshold are test parameters for this validation, not market conclusions.
Can I use it now?
No. Nothing has been built; this page is the whole thing.
Does registering mean I have to buy it?
No. It only means "notify me if it launches". Decide when there is a real product to look at.
Why validate before building?
Browser session tools are a crowded category with strong free options. Building first and hoping would waste your attention and my time; a signup count plus real answers about current tools is a cheaper, more honest test.
Why Edge first?
The extension would be built on a Chromium base that works in both Edge and Chrome; the store listing would start on Edge, with Chrome following the same codebase.
